ELECTRICAL CONTROL CIRCUIT
First-rate components and reliable motion controls are employed in the electrical control system ensuring a long service life. All components are neatly arranged in the control box.		 SPIRAL CUTTERHEAD
The larger than normal spiral cutterhead achieves a high chip removal rate, minimal noise and superior surface finish. It is precision machined from alloy steel and is also tempered, dynamically balanced and precision ground. Four-edge, heavy duty TCT tips (15 x 15 x 2.5 mm) are fitted in the helical slots of the cutterhead.

POWERFUL CUTTERHEAD DRIVE MOTOR
The cutterhead is driven by a 20 HP (model HP-660) or a 30HP (model HP-850) motor providing maximum heavy-duty cutting. Motor horsepower is transmitted to the cutterhead by the three V-belts.		 FEED DRIVE ASSEMBLY
The feed speed is variable from 0-25 meters per minute making it suitable for all kinds of stock. The powerful feed drive assembly consists of a high-performance DC motor, V-belts and heavy pitch gears achieving fast, smooth and precise feeding performance.		 CONTROL PANEL
All motion controls are located in the same, easily accessible spot. Thickness setting is conveniently and accurately controlled with the digital position controller. Feed speed can be monitored on the control panel and can be changed by simply turning the regulator knob.
