The electrical control system employs high quality components for dependable motion controls and long service life. Electrical components are well arranged in the control box.		 SPIRAL CUTTERHEAD
The series of planer is equipped with an oversized spiral cutterhead. This provides high chip removal rate, superior surface finish and extremely low noise while cutting. Manufactured from alloy steel, the spiral cutterhead is precision machined, tempered, dynamically balanced and precision ground. Four-edge tungsten carbide knife inserts are fitted in the helical slots of the cutterhead

POWERFUL CUTTERHEAD DRIVE MOTOR
The cutterhead is driven by a 20HP motor, permitting for heavy-duty cutting. Motor horsepower is fully transmitted to the cutterhead through three V-belts.		 FEED DRIVE
ASSEMBLY
The feed speed is infinitely variable from 0 to 25 meters per minute to suit all types of stock. Feed drive assembly is a combination of high performance DC motor, V-belts and heavy pitch gears providing smooth and accurate feeding performance.		 ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL
All motion controls of the planer are located at an easily accessible position. A digital position controller equipped on the control panel provides convenient thickness setting. Feed speed can be read on the control panel, and can be adjusted by simply turning a regulator knob.
